Rosheen Kabraji is assistant head and research associate of the Asia programme at Chatham House. She joined the Asia programme in 2009, focusing her research on democracy, conflict, governance and foreign policy in South Asia. Her previous roles include working at the International Institute for Environment & Development from 2008 to 2009. She received a BSc in anthropology from University College London and an MPhil in international relations from the University of Cambridge. She has experience in broadcast and her analysis and commentary have been published in the Sunday Telegraph, Channel 4, the Diplomat and The World Today. She was featured in the Diplomatic Courier and Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) list of the Top 99 Most Influential International Professionals in Foreign Policy Under 33 in 2011.She has lived and worked in Pakistan, Thailand and the UK.
