What Future for UK-EU Climate Cooperation?

16 April 2018 - 9:30am to 12:30pm

Chatham House, London

Brexit will fundamentally reshape many of the UK’s policies and relations with countries around the world.

Climate security requires global action and it may just be one area where the UK and EU27 could easily cooperate post-Brexit.

This meeting explores how this cooperation could work in practice, including whether the UK should and/or is able to remain within the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) once it has left the EU.

This event is by invitation only.
