Registration Fee

Conference fees include

• Attendance at all sessions
• Lunch and refreshments
• Conference documents

Travel and accommodation are not included.

For events with different registration rates please ensure that you select the correct registration fee. If you are in any doubt as to which rate applies, please contact the Conference Unit prior to registering. Delegates selecting an incorrect rate will be invoiced for the fee applicable.

Full payment of the registration fee must be made before the date of the conference.

Cancellations

All registrations are considered binding on receipt of the registration.

All registrations are subject to the following cancellation policy, whether paid for by credit card or an invoice has been requested.

If cancellations are received in writing up to one calendar month before the conference date, the registration fee will be refunded less a 25% plus VAT at 20% service charge. After this date, the full registration fee will apply. Cancellations are only valid on receipt of an official cancellation number issued by the Chatham House Conference Unit. Substitutions for registered delegates may be made at any time, but for security reasons we require prior notification.

Data Protection

Unless we are advised to the contrary, the information you provide will be held by us and will be used to keep you informed of Chatham House products and may be used by other selected quality companies for mailing purposes, including organizations based outside of the European Economic Area.

Programme Changes

It is sometimes necessary to change the timing or content of the programme. The conference organizers will not be liable for any such unavoidable changes.

Hotel Reservations

A limited number of hotel rooms at special rates will be available for delegates within close proximity of Chatham House. Booking information will be sent immediately following receipt of registration.

Conference Documents

Speeches and presentations that are received in advance will be included in the conference delegate pack. Internet links to the remaining speeches will be emailed to delegates as soon as they are available after the conference. Please note, this may take up to four weeks from the conference date.

Conference Venues

All Chatham House conference venues are non-smoking.
