This event will examine Russia's approach to the Middle East. Nikolay Kozhanov will discuss the place of the Middle East in Russian foreign policy doctrine as well as factors which determine Russian policy towards the region. He will also explore the impact of Russia's regional efforts on the role of Europe in the Middle East.
