DESCRIPTION:After the steepest economic decline in 2009 since the beginning of the transition process, Eastern Europe and the countries of the former Soviet Union are expecting to return to growth this year. But the recovery is expected to be fragile, slow and protracted. Has the region turned from prodigy to problem child?
