Brooke holds a degree in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics and London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and has cultivated a strong foundation in health systems and policy.
Her previous roles include global health consultant at UNAIDS, economic evaluator for a Tanzania-based menstrual health NGO, COVID-19 case investigator/vaccine clinic lead, and health policy specialist focussed on tobacco prevention policy.
