In 2003 Daniel Sachs was appointed CEO of Proventus AB, a private company based in Sweden investing internationally in companies in change.
Through Proventus Capital Partners, Proventus provides development capital through private corporate loans to mid-sized companies in need of growth and restructuring capital, as well as invests in corporate bonds.
Daniel is also a Global Board member as well as Investment Committee member of the Open Society Foundations.
He is a Member of the Board of Proventus AB and sits on a number of other trusts and boards, and is also one of the founding members of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
He is also a film producer and is engaged in the arts through Proventus' involvement in The Jewish Theatre and Magasin 3 Stockholm Konsthall.
He holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
