Biography
Enio Chingotuane has a PhD in Strategic Studies with a focus on International Security held at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). He graduated with a Master’s in Strategic Studies for Defence and Security in the Instituto de Estudos Estrategicos (INEST) of the Universidade Federal Fluminense (Brazil).
He holds an Honors Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy by the Higher Institute for International Relations (Instituto Superior de Relacoes Internacionais) of Maputo.
Enio has written reports on violent extremism and terrorism, the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda, and the regional security architecture. He has provided courses funded by UN Women in Mozambique to the security sector, and has worked as a consultant in defence and security related issues.
