Biography
John Milnes-Smith is the programme manager for the International Law Programme at Chatham House. John joined Chatham House in January 2020, as part of the External Relations department.
John was previously programme manager for the Entrepreneurial Refugee Network (TERN), the first social enterprise in the UK dedicated to supporting refugee entrepreneurs launch their own businesses.
Prior to this, John worked in the Middle East, supporting the development of Rawabi, the first Palestinian planned city and dedicated tech hub.
