Biography

Kalm Paul-Christian FRSA is an investment banker working in the Financial Institutions Advisory Team at NatWest Markets. There he has advised Europe’s systemically important banks on restructuring to return to pre-crisis stability.

He began his career with Rothschild & Co in the Global Financial Advisory division before joining The Social Investment Consultancy where he advised the UK’s largest non-departmental public body funding institution and devised the monitoring, learning and evaluation framework of its international development fund.


Kalm has carried out international research projects and field studies on behalf of DFID, The Commonwealth Youth Council and International Service. He has contributed to regular forums with Chatham House, The Ditchley Foundation, The Global CSR & Philanthropy Council, Common Purpose International and One Young World. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford, Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, Freeman of the City of London, and Trustee of both Switchback and Turn2Us.
