Biography
Mohamad was born in Beirut, Lebanon, has lived in multiple countries and is now based in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. He is currently studying Political Science and International Relations. His primary interests are in political philosophy and sociology.
Mohamad was awarded the Undergraduate Research Grant in 2021 by the Department of Politics and European Studies at the American University in Bulgaria for his research on the October 17th political movements in Lebanon, and currently works with research institutes across the region on Middle East and Balkan research. In addition, he was the founder of two of the biggest virtual Model United Nations conferences in 2020, raising scholarships to assist students in continuing their education during the COVID-19 pandemic.
