Biography
Phoebe Hardingham is a research assistant with the Russia and Eurasia Programme at Chatham House, where she supports the programme’s research and events output.
Prior to joining Chatham House, Phoebe gained experience in academic publishing and at the Defence Futures think tank, where her analysis on Antarctic governance contributed to the seventh edition of the UK Ministry of Defence’s Global Strategic Trends publication.
She holds a double master’s degree in Eastern European Politics and Security from University College London School of Slavonic and East European Studies (UCL SSEES) and Charles University in Prague, as well as a BA in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
