Rachel Lomax

Rachel is a non-executive director of HSBC Holdings, Heathrow Airport and Serco. She chairs the International Regulatory Strategy group and sits on the board of CityUK. She is a trustee of Imperial College London and Brueghel and President of the Institute of Fiscal Studies (IFS).

She was previously a Deputy Governor of the Bank of England and a senior civil servant.
