Biography

Victoria’s research at Chatham House will investigate how foreign actors create and amplify narratives to exploit political polarization in the United States. She has worked as a Senior Research Fellow for the Asia-Pacific Foundation and Subject Matter Expert for NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme. Before that, she conducted research on far-right extremism as part of Everytown for Gun Safety’s Investigations team. Victoria is also the chief editor of INTERZINE, a digital media platform that uses history to contextualize contemporary international issues and producer of NATO’s podcast series ‘DEEP Dive.’

Victoria has provided written evidence for the UK Foreign Affairs Committee and contributed to NATO’s Counter-Terrorism Reference Curriculum. She received her BA from the University of Chicago and her MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
