As Brazil prepares for a second round of presidential elections on 26 October, the panel will consider incumbent President Dilma Rousseff’s chances of re-election against Aécio Neves, who secured second place in the first round. They will also discuss the prospects for the country’s economy under the next administration, the political challenges that will face the winning party and the international implications of the result.
