The long awaited Iraq Inquiry, published on 6 July 2016, examines lessons learnt from the Iraq war and analyses the way decisions were made in the run up to the invasion, the period of military action and its aftermath. The panel will reflect on the inquiry’s findings, considering the UK’s role in the war and the long term consequences of the conflict.
