Overview

This event, as part of the Fossil Fuel Expert Roundtable series, will focus on China’s energy transition and is co-hosted with China’s Counsellors’ Office of the State Council (COSC). It is an opportunity for UK-based experts to engage with a delegation of Chinese thinkers and influencers on key issues for energy policy and strategy. 

The meeting will feature several presentations on topics including the sustainable development of energy in China, China’s coal resource utilization and coal-borne air pollution control and the utilization of clean energy and smart grid strategy in China. These presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion.
