Overview

The historic gas deal between China and Russia which was agreed on May 21, 2014 is set to usher in a new era of Sino-Russian gas cooperation. Furthermore, if an Altai gas deal is arranged, it will put Russia in a huge position of strength as a swing supplier, able to supply either Europe or Asia at will. Such a deal would also wipe-out a total of 50 mt/y from the LNG market in China. The impact of these Sino-Russian gas deals will be well beyond the LNG industry's expectation and this roundtable will discuss the implications of such deals and the potential results for the global gas market.

Attendance at this event is by invitation only.
