Overview

There has been intense debate on the future of Sudan before and after the 2015 elections. Political will is necessary in order to achieve lasting peace and reconciliation. The broad-based participation of Sudanese society is also required, including the buy-in of younger generations and future leaders.

At this roundtable, speakers will discuss the future of Sudan and the possibilities for an inclusive approach that engages youth in political dialogue.

Attendance at this event is by invitation only. Please note that the location of this event is Khartoum, Sudan. All times are local.

This event is organized in cooperation with the British Council’s Horn of Africa Leadership and Learning for Action (HOLLA) project.
