Overview

The speaker will argue that after the vote to leave the EU, Britain has the chance to define and establish a new forward-looking approach to its foreign policy.  He will set out a vision of Britain’s role in the world, the challenges policy-makers face and the contribution the UK can now make to global security and prosperity.
