Global Health Crises: How to Ensure Monitoring and Reporting Progress towards Preparedness

Event Documents

Global health crises - including infectious disease outbreaks and other hazards – are threats to the health of both individuals and whole populations. A wide range of global, regional and national stakeholders within the health sector, and also externally, play a considerable role in ensuring adequate preparedness for preventing and responding to such crises. There is agreement that a high level of accountability needs to be ensured in order to keep the world safe.

The aim of this roundtable is to review indicators and discuss monitoring and reporting progress towards preparedness for global health crises.

Attendance at this event is by invitation only.
