Overview

The deadline for a deal between Iran and the P5+1 group on Iran’s nuclear future is set for 24 November, a year after the Geneva interim agreement was signed. If an agreement is not reached, then negotiations will break down. The speakers will discuss what action needs to be taken for a settlement to be reached, assessing what concessions will need to be made and whether both sides will be able to compromise.

This event will launch the Chatham House research paper ‘Iran’s Nuclear Future’ by Peter Jenkins and Sir Richard Dalton.

This event will be followed by a reception.

LIVE STREAM: This event will be live streamed. The live stream will be made available at 13:00 BST on Thursday 4 September.
