Since the fall of Mosul to militants with the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) and other insurgent groups on 10 June, a wave of violence has swept across Iraq and hundreds of thousands of people have fled their homes. As fears of civil war, sectarianism and break-up of the country deepen, the panel will discuss the implications for Iraq, the region and the international community.
