Overview

Journalists Andrei Soldatov and Irina Borogan, authors of The Red Web: The Struggle Between Russia's Digital Dictators and the New Online Revolutionaries, will speak about the role of the internet in Russia and the Kremlin’s approach to internet censorship. Their brief introductory remarks will be followed by an hour for questions and discussion.
