Russian Energy: The New International Context

The speaker will examine the key changes to Russia’s energy industry arising from the Ukraine crisis and offer his thoughts on the outlook for Western energy companies operating in Russia. He will comment on the oil and gas sectors, analyse the effect of sanctions and consider claims that the sanctions are having a chilling effect on the Russian economy.
