This event will analyze the evolving Russian security agenda and Moscow's understanding and prioritization of the range of threats it is facing. Two panels will offer insight into the changing nature of conflict, and discuss how Russia's response to these challenges might differ from that of Euro-Atlantic governments and organizations.
