Russia's intervention in Syria has found resonance with some Arab governments, but its perceived alliance with Iran has created unease among others. Mark Katz will focus on Moscow's policies towards the Middle East in the short to medium term. He will offer brief introductory remarks, followed by an hour for questions and discussion.
