This event will focus on Russia's economic and other links with Asian countries most notably China. The panel will also analyze Moscow's efforts to develop the Russian Far East and the extent to which this drive is aligned with its foreign policy. The speakers will offer brief introductory remarks, followed by an hour for questions and discussion.
