Russia’s foreign policy has prompted a reassessment of security policies in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Gordon Sander will discuss the security dilemmas faced by these states and their perceptions of external and internal threats. He will offer initial remarks for approximately 15 minutes, followed by an hour for questions and discussion.
