This joint event with the APPG on Nigeria and the APPG on the British Council will bring together artists and experts for a unique panel discussion and exhibition at the Houses of Parliament on Nigeria’s arts and literary scene. A panel event on new platforms for British and Nigerian art, in the context of West Africa’s history of art, the economic potential of the arts sector and opportunities for innovations in arts and business among diaspora actors, will be followed by a reception.

This event is held in collaboration with the British Council’s UK/Nigeria Season, a major season of arts work in Nigeria aimed at building new audiences, creating new collaborations and strengthening relationships.
