Ahead of the 2016 US presidential elections, Xenia Wickett will reflect on Barack Obama’s foreign policy legacy and consider how foreign policy might develop under the next administration. She will discuss what has changed under the Obama administration and assess how these trends might continue in the next government. She will consider how the various presidential candidates will differ in their foreign policy and what this could mean for the UK, Europe and other US allies.
