Integration with a High Degree of Autonomy: Hong Kong as a Special Administrative Region
Overview
Lunch will be available from 12:30-13:15 (£10 charge).
Mr Leung was closely involved in the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region since 1984. He has been a member of its Executive Council since 1997 and the Convenor since 1999. His talk will focus on the effectiveness of the 'one country, two systems' arrangement over the last decade.
This event is supported by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office as part of the series to review the ten years since Hong Kong became a special administrative region.
