Honourable Sam Kutesa, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uganda



Ahead of this year's Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Kampala, Mr Kutesa will re-affirm why Africa remains central to global stability. With Uganda at the centre of a number of issues in the region, including Somalia, Southern Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mr Kutesa will also outline Uganda's latest thinking on regional issues and Uganda's place within it. He will then take questions from the audience.
