Lunch will be served beforehand at 12:45-13:15. There will be a £10 charge.

Charles Scanlon is currently an editor and radio presenter at BBC World Service. He has worked at the BBC for twenty years and was a foreign correspondent for thirteen years. From 2003-2007 Charles was the Seoul correspondent and has covered the Korean peninsula off and on since the mid-1990's. In addition he has been correspondent in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Mexico City.

As space is limited, attendance will be approved on a first come, first served basis.
