Overview

The speaker was Poland's Ambassador to North Korea until 2005. Ambassador Kaluza is an expert in East Asian affairs. He has served with the Polish Foreign Ministry in China and Australia. In addition, he was Director of Foreign Affairs with the UN's Transitional Authority in Cambodia from 1992-1993, and Head of Civil Affairs with the UN's Transitional Authority in Eastern Slavonia from 1993-1997. He is currently based in Warsaw where he is advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
