Overview

The speakers will discuss the challenges that President Obama will face in his management of the Washington policy making machinery. Professor Andrew Rudalevige will discuss aspects of decision making in the new administration. Professor Douglas Stuart will focus on the ongoing debates in Washington about reform of the national security bureaucracy.
