Climate change is no longer a specialist subject, but pervades all areas of foreign policy. The response to the challenges of climate change at COP15 in Copenhagen will drive a transformation of economic and geopolitical structures for future generations. Energy security presents a specific challenge in this respect. Dr Per Stig Møller, Foreign Minister of the host country, will examine the political, economic and security implications of energy security and the significance of COP15.
