Rashid Abdullo was an official with the United Nations missions to Tajikistan for eleven years during the war and peace process. He is a political scientist and independent analyst.

Parviz Mullojonov was a facilitator of the Inter-Tajik dialogue which brought together representatives of conflicting parties and civil society activists in the 'second-track' peace process. He is the Executive Director of the Public Committee for Democratic Processes.
