The speaker will discuss the economic situation in South Korea.

Moon Kook-Hyun ran for president of South Korea in 2007 as the standard-bearer of the Renewal of Korea party. Obtaining his MBA at Seoul National University, he worked at Yuhan-Kimberly for over thirty years and served as its President and CEO from 1995-2007. He was elected to the National Assembly in 2008, serving until 2009, and is now president of the New Paradigm Institute, an economics think-tank in Seoul.
