Chatham House, London

Energy, Environment and Resources Department

Overview

With expectations of technology transfer between developed and developing countries worth over $ 100B per annum by the end of this decade, the role of technology transfer and innovation professionals is set to grow. Within this context the question of IPR and its role in facilitating or otherwise of technology innovation and transfer of climate-related technologies has become a core part of the climate change debate.

The seminar will bring together key participants from the climate change policy community and IPR/technology transfer practitioners.

The event is being held in collaboration with the Licensing Executives Society B&I.

Attendance is by invitation only.
