How has the global economic crisis changed international relations? The speaker will argue it has weakened the prestige and power of the West, raised tensions between the US and China, weakened the international consensus supporting globalization and made it significantly harder to secure cooperative international solutions to a range of problems, from climate change to nuclear proliferation.
