HE Abdullah Gül, winner of this year's Chatham House Prize, will address members on Turkey, Europe and the international system in the first quarter of the 21st Century. President Gül has been awarded the prize in recognition of his role behind many of the positive steps that Turkey has taken in recent years and as a significant figure for reconciliation and moderation within Turkey and internationally.
