Overview

In 2005 Governor Saraki invited a number of white farmers who had been evicted from land in Zimbabwe to Kwara State, Nigeria. At this event the governor will give an update on progress made and argue that he sees a number of advantages to people in his state, as well as to the farmers. He will also link the achievements since made by the farmers to broader challenges of sub-national and national development.
