Stakeholder Dialogue on Climate Change and Security
Governments are increasingly aware of the interface between security, climate and resources challenges. Some of the tools for analysing these challenges and developing appropriate policy responses lie within the capabilities of the state. Many, however, rely on pooling expertise and analysis from outside. This workshop - conducted under the auspices of the FCO and the Chatham House Resources Futures project - will help informally draw together strands of thinking on these issues with the objective of improving government and non-government capabilities to anticipate and adapt to the external factors driving security considerations in the future.
Attendance is by invitation only.
