Overview

Libya is high on the security agenda as the conflict enters its third month. NATO air strikes have intensified, putting further pressure on the entrenched and embattled regime. However, fears of a stalemate continue. The panel will discuss the challenges and prospects facing the Libyan regime, the opposition and the international community.
