Overview

Tanzania has an enviable reputation for political stability and continuity, combined with considerable natural resources. Yet increasing international interest in investing in agriculture and mining opportunities have so far in many cases struggled to translate into meaningful projects bringing significant development for ordinary Tanzanians.

The speaker will offer some insights as to latest developments and future prospects for Tanzania’s political economy.
