Uganda's Internal Politics: Implications for International Partners

Mr Kabushenga is responsible for Uganda's state-owned news media group which publishes the New Vision and Sunday Vision newspapers. He was formerly Executive Director of the Office of the Presidency's Uganda Media Centre, responsible for promoting positive coverage of Uganda and its government. In this meeting he will offer his private views on the ongoing internal developments within the ruling NRM party, how these relate to recent post-election unrest, and what, in his opinion, Uganda's current political trajectory means for international partners.
