Overview

South Africa has one of the largest HIV-infected populations in the world, and policymakers face a number of challenges in delivering health services. Dr Motsoaledi will discuss his government’s health policies, with an emphasis on those aimed at tackling HIV. The meeting will enable discussion about how other countries including the UK might learn from South Africa’s experience in addressing their own healthcare needs.
