Overview

The speaker will discuss the rule of law in Hong Kong since the transfer of sovereignty in 1997, the debate on this topic in Hong Kong and the international community and its significance. He will also explain the interaction between different parties (court, administration, legislature) in relation to the content and enforcement of the Rule of Law, and how the Rule of Law should be measured.
