The 2010 UN and EU sanctions against Iran marked the start of a dramatic extension of the international sanctions regimes against a variety of states. The speakers will consider the UN and EU sanctions regimes, along with their overall impact for European businesses and some of the unanticipated consequences and complexities that have emerged as the regimes have come into operation.

The meeting will be followed by an open drinks reception from 19:00.
